For the 4th year the organizers of the Mint 400 had their annual Desert Clean Up. This desert clean up happens every year before the start of the Mint Race. Republic of Las Vegas sponsored the event free of charge with eight 40 yard trash bins and several dump trucks, they also brought out the food.
